Definitely would not ship anything with this company! After struggling for answers, I finally received , after 2 months of shipment, my 15 boxes. I was aghast when I observed all of my boxes were opened and rummaged through without putting them back together carefully! They took 3 high-end rattan baskets I packaged and replaced them with much smaller cheap replica baskets with handwritten price tags (mine did not have price tags!). I asked them why this occurred and have not received any response! The other boxes were all soaking wet on the outside and inside where all my china had been wrapped individually with towels, plates were mostly broken, my crystals were all broken. I am missing many books that I packaged only to receive 5 of them! . The problem here is, not only they damaged and switched my merchandise, they told me they filed a claim; however when I attempted to verify the veracity of their statement , it was totally false - no claim was made with FedEx!!! I was told that I am not insured for any of this and that I had boxes that were not the right ones and not packed right. Shouldn't this shipping company have informed me of this, being an export company before shipping them??? After all this time having them in their possession for over a month! I have never in my life encountered such low-quality service, no integrity, false statements, theft/loss of my prized possessions and lack of professionalism throughout my communications. A total and complete nightmare!
